What will happen on the day of the party?

Pretty & Sassy Mobile Spa & Lounge will arrive at your chosen location 45 minutes before party time for setup. Once guests board, the party begins! The bus stays parked during the event and is for entertainment purposes only—it is not a licensed spa or salon.

Who

Our packages are tailored for girls ages 4–13 to ensure the best experience for little girls and tweens. All party participants must be at least 4 years old.

Where

All parties take place on the Pretty & Sassy bus at the location of your choice, such as in front of your home, driveway, or a park. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, the hosting parent is responsible for confirming there is enough space for the bus to park safely and for securing any required permits or approvals. Pretty & Sassy is not liable if proper authorization is not obtained.

When can we book a party?

All parties must be reserved and paid in full at least one week before the scheduled event date. You will be able to select your preferred party date during booking.

By booking through our website or booking system, you agree to the following policies.

Booking & Payments

  • Parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date

  • Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event

  • Booking is not confirmed until payment and policy acceptance are completed

  • No cash or personal checks accepted for final balances

Service Area & Travel Fees

  • The first 10 miles from Kansas City, MO 64133 are included

  • Events beyond 10 miles are subject to a $2 per mile (round trip) travel fee

  • Travel is limited to 20 miles one way

  • Mileage is calculated using Google Maps suggested routes

Party Location & Parking

  • Parties may be held at homes, driveways, or approved venues

  • Written approval is required for parks, apartments, hotels, or venues

  • The host is responsible for securing legal, safe parking for the entire event

  • The bus remains stationary during the party

Party Start Time & Late Arrivals

  • Parties begin promptly at the scheduled start time

  • Late guests may join upon arrival

  • Party time will not be extended for late arrivals

Guest Count & Attendance

  • Parties are designed for a minimum number of guests based on your package

  • Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 6 days before the event

  • The final count provided will be used for preparation and billing

Adult Supervision

  • A parent or responsible adult must remain on site during the party

  • Due to limited space, adults may not stay on the bus during services

  • Brief check-ins and photos are welcome

Nature of Services

Pretty & Sassy provides an entertainment-based experience only. We do not perform licensed salon, spa, cosmetic, or medical services. No professional-grade products or chemicals are used.

Health, Allergies & Services

  • Nail services include polish only (no cutting, filing, or cuticles)

  • Guests must arrive with clean, polish-free nails

  • Services may include light makeup, water facials, hair glitter, and accessories

  • All allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed in advance

Food & Drinks

Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the bus.

Photos & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during your event and used for marketing or social media. By booking, you grant permission for media use without compensation.

Cancellations & Weather

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • No cancellations or refunds

  • A one-time reschedule may be offered for severe weather or emergencies

  • Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months, subject to availability

Safety & Liability

Guests enter and exit the bus using stairs. By participating, you assume all risks. Pretty & Sassy Mobile Spa & Lounge is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the event.

Is there a travel charge?
